Called ahead to make sure the time slot was available. I got right in and got Megan as my stylist. I was very impressed. My hair was way over due and she took her time to make it look exactly how I explained to her. She knows a thing or two about cutting hair and making her clients feel comfortable and relaxed. Nice conversation and high quality professionalism. I will be back for sure and recommend to anybody looking for a high quality haircut.

Extremely friendly and was engaging with my grandson who is 7. He is typically nervous and shy but she asked all the right questions about his hair and when we left he was so happy and excited about his haircut. The staff also included his sister (who is 5) in the conversation even though she wasn’t having her hair cut. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for them!!!

Critical: QualityI worked with a blonde woman at this fantastic Sam’s today who did the absolute bare minimum job for me. She was cordial at best, didn’t even wet my hair when trimming it, didn’t talk to me at all besides asking what I wanted done, and then told me it’d be more next time I came in because my hair is long. The 45 minutes I spent in the chair was 20 minutes of brushing my own hair while she just stared at me.
