Service and highlight is came out fine. I like the result . Only PRICES is ripped off! I have a medium length ( shoulder) hair ! Quote for $175 . When its done ask me for toner another $70 !!! Why she not tell me upfront ??? when she’s quoted ???? . I feel so dumb that I tip her just for a manner!! I still like to go back but , NEED to be honest and upfront about price ! Also, explain what is included in that price because most clients gave you trusted.

This place is an absolute joke. They thought maybe I was a tourist and wanted to charge me $300 just for a color???? Not including cut or blow out! Wow. Not even in Honolulu was a quoted this joke of a price. Thanks for wasting my time sitting in that chair.

The cut was good given by the filipina hair dresser. But i give one star on this fantastic sams Waipio because the customer service was terrible, specially from those two ladies (i think they where chinese). First they were not willing to solve the problem on the transactions on why I get double charge on my card. Second, they were yelling at me. Third, their attitude are nasty. They dont know how to talk to customers in politely manners. I will never go to this Fantastic Sams again.

Showed a photo of an a line Bob, received a Bob that isn’t cut evenly. My hair was cut dry after I asked for it to be sprayed and cut wet. She randomly picked up pieces to cut with no rhyme or rhythm. There are holes in spots and it’s heavy in others. Im licensed and went through cosmetology school. Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Haircut

I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and the place was completely dead with about 6 employees hanging around. That was the first red flag! All I wanted was for a shampoo and blow out. Guys , it was literally the worst blowout of my entire life. I have long black hair and I was willing to pay for a job well done, but she didn’t polish the hair the hair at all, as a matter of fact, didn’t even apply any type of conditioner. Once she realized how frustrated I was, she started to tell me how thick and “dry” my hair was, which made me feel horrible. Word of advice, DONT EVER GO THIS HAIR SALON IF YOU LOVE YOUR HAIR!!!! I am going to post a picture of the job they did so you can see it for yourself! Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I had the BEST experience at the Fantastic Sams!! Amy took amazing care of me and transformed me from having jet black hair to a platinum blonde 🙂 Everyone was so kind and professional and I looooove my blonde hair!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on it and even a month later it is still so soft and not dry at all. FIVE STARS I wish I could give it more stars!!!!!
