Price vs. Quality is completely lopsided. I payoff $82 for my 3 Children to get a haircut. All my kids sat down and got up within 10 minutes and I even had to point out that my daughters bangs were uneven. I don’t cut hair personally but I did have to fix my sons hair when I got home… It looked like someone wanted to just go home instead of cutting hair. I well not be a return customer and wouldnt recommend others to give this place a shot.. If this is your place your probably a regular and maybe they just dont like outsiders but either way it looks like they all got their cosmetology license from the trash can.

I went in to have my hair cut, wait time was about 20-30 minutes which is usual anywhere. I just went to a fantastic Sam’s at another location and my hair cut cost roughly $22 + tip. When the girl called me next she then asked if I wanted a shampoo. I said no because I always go home after to wash my hair to rid of the stray cut hairs. But she insisted and I said ok thinking it was free as most places did from before. So I showed her a picture of the hair cut I wanted. She did a great job. But when I went to pay, the guy tells me $41.**. I said “what?” He repeasts the price and I asked for what? How much was the hair cut? They said because I had it styled and washed its a styling cut. I said how much is the wash they said $10 and the cut is around $30. I seriously think they ripped me off cause the other place does the same thing and I paid $22

Absolutely worst haircut I have ever recieved in my entire life. The lady spent 2 seconds on my hair completely ruining my lines and fade. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR, GO TO THE SPORT CLIPS NEXT DOOR.they were amazing and even offered to fix what these amateurs did for free.

I was nervous coming into this place. I was coming to a new hairdresser after 13 years with one back in NY. And for any woman your hair is a major part of who you are. Whether you do stuff to it or not. I went in and asked the lady to do a short length with layers. She nodded a lot. After a wash she started cutting. I showed her pictures and everything. I actually like the length I have. However, she began doing the layers and half way through her regular walk in customer came and then she sped through cutting my hair forgetting the layers and then complaining about how long it takes to blow-dry. Didn’t even finish drying it. I didn’t notice until the following day that the middle part of my hair was about an inch shorter than the rest and the top layer of my hair is the length of the longest part of my hair partially covering the chunk of hair missing. And the front is longer than the rest which I didn’t ask for. I was devastated. I thought it was very unprofessional. I’d rather have someone come to my house to cut my hair than go back there.

I’d give you Zero stars if I had a choice. Let me begin with, I originally walked in on February 17, 2017 (Friday) to price out the cost of a haircut & color, followed by an appointment @10:30 am. On Sunday February the 19th I walked in a few minutes early as anyone would when they have an appointment.. so I waited a few, finally the stylist approached me and ask me to be seated.. I then showed her a few samples of what I wanted and what I didn’t want, she then said.. I thought you were here for color, I said, yes, but I changed my mind. She then said, I don’t have time for high lights and made other suggestions to something I was not there for… I then asked her can you just cut my hair?.. her reply was, I have another appointment, you’re going to have to wait. I then said to her.. this is why I made an appointment to begin with.. can you just cut my hair? She then turned around to the front desk ladies, came back and said I don’t have time, you can wait for someone else. At this point I was annoyed and I told the ladies at the desk, this is unbelievable! And I walked out. I later called to speak to the manager, but he was Not available. First off, I made a damn appoint, I was there on time! Ok, I get that my high lights might take longer than 2 hours like the stylist stated, but I could’ve at least got my haircut. F-You Fantastic Sams, if I had the Asian lady’s name I’d make sure to put on here! I do not recommend this place at all!

Worst haircut ever! We will definitely not be going to that older lady again! After getting my daughters haircut…it wasn’t until we got home that I noticed it was crooked and uneven (which is my fault because I should’ve really looked at it while there) but I went right back to ask them to fix it. Same lady was there and said she would fix it…after 2 mins she came to tell me that it’s the way my daughter parts her hair! Ummm NO! I’m pretty sure the back of her hair isn’t suppose to look like this ~~. Example of good customer service is APOLOGIZING and just correcting ur mistake! Which she still failed to do.

Clean, comfortable and we’ll run. There are a number of awesome stylists who have been there a while. Parking can be challenging at times as the shopping center can get busy.

I went here to get my hair cut and layered. They lady totally jacked my hair! the layers were really uneven!!! one girl was so unprofessional she was doing her eyeborws and hair while there were other customers waiting. but I will say that they were friendly.
