I made an appointment and asked for a haircut. I also showed my stylist a few pictures for reference of what I wanted. She said ok then she washed my hair and started cutting. I came in with long hair and asked for a medium length cut with layers. She began cutting my hair and I noticed she was cutting more than she should. I told her it looks too short but she assured me it was fine. Once she was done my hair was still wet and it looked way shorter than what I asked for and nothing like what I wanted. I asked her to dry my hair more since I didn’t want to leave with wet hair and as it dried I finally could see she has cut my hair far too short. I’m really disappointed and I wish I never came here. I really don’t recommend this fantastic sams.

I made an appointment with Cindy for 10:00 am for my 5 yr old. I received a call around 9:30 on the same day to confirm. We showed up on time but the stylist was half an hour late. She rushed his hair cut and was done in 15 minutes. Long story short he has a couple of long strands about 2″ that is very obvious. Yes, I’m disappointed. He will need another hair cut in 2 weeks as his hair is already touching his eyebrows. Totally unsatisfied.

BOOM IN HAWAII
Because the stylist didn’t do a good job coloring my hair. I went to the Pearlridge store and it took 35 minutes for the coloring to set.The stylist here at the Kapolei store said it was good after about 8 minutes.

Je t’aime (JT) was so precise in how she cut my hair and layered it. Im really satisfied with how she took her time and was really friendly with me. She actually listened to what I wanted and delivered. There were only a couple of people and we didn’t have to wait long. I wil be coming back here again.
