We’ve been coming to this location since our son was 5 years old and he’s now 11, we’ve always had a great experience with Auntie Foxy, she’s always pleasant, takes us in very quickly and gives Great customer service, but today I called to make an appointment for our son to see her as we always do but when we arrived I asked my son please check in with Auntie Foxy which we could see she was a little busy with a client, so she kindly asked if he wants to wait or have another stylist can cut his hair, per my instructions he said may I wait for Auntie, at that time I walk in and he says Auntie is a little busy so I say ok, we can wait but a few moments later our son asked, would it be ok if someone else can cut my hair? so I asked him if was ok with Auntie first and if she says ok then, yes! so he asked her and she said sure, but stylist that was sitting there on her phone not doing anything looked at my son and I and says I’m not gonna cut his hair because you wanted Foxy first!!! WTH was that about??? my son turns and says mom can we just go? I asked him why? he says she made me feel terrible. Bad Business, Poor Attitude what a Lose, Lose situation as much as we love Foxy we’re not gonna go back if that other lady is there!!!!
