The haircut was fine and the stylist was kind, but there was no shampoo – according to the fantastic sam’s website each haircut comes with a complimentary shampoo. $35 +tip for a very simple trim with no layers (5ish min) and no shampoo felt a little high but maybe that’s just Los Gatos pricing, I’m not sure. I will try somewhere else next time.

I highly recommend Jenik! She has cut my hair twice now and both times it was EXACTLY what I was looking for! I have long, frizzy, curly hair and she was able to give me a beautiful cut with long curtain bangs and layers that is just gorgeous. She also does a great job blow drying and styling hair. I will certainly be going back. Haircut

I only gave them two stars because they are conveniently located near my home and reasonably priced. I went in there shortly after they opened said I needed a haircut and the first woman to help me was the older woman on the first right seat I don’t even know her name she never gave it. But she was really rude not only to me but also to other customers. She told me and other people what we wanted instead of asking us. She went as far as to tell us we were wrong. I asked for specific haircut and I didn’t get anything near it and now I have to pay another stylist to fix it. This was my second time at this location and I will probably return but I will never allow her to touch my hair again.

Experiences here are completely dependent on who cuts your hair. When I first visited I called ahead 20 min before they closed. Jenny said she would wait for me and gave me a nice hair cut while staying open past closing. Subsequent visits I wasn’t lucky enough to be helped by Jenny with rushed jobs with sloppy end results.

My boyfriend just got home from there with a buzz cut and the lady completely missed a whole line of hair. There was still a bunch of the already cut hair on his head like she didn’t even wipe it with a towel or brush it off…nothing. If you are a guy looking for a good hair cut. Do not go to this place. Clearly this lady didn’t know what she was doing. Next time I will just cut his hair, thanks, but no thanks lady.

I’m pretty particular when it comes to my hair, and Jenik never fails to give me a great cut (and a few platinum bleach treatments every couple of years). I went in asked if they did men’s haircuts. She said yes. I asked to get a simple side and back trim to my side part hairstyle. Told her short sides tapered to the top. She just cut my sides short without tapering giving a rather unappealing result. Once I expressed my concern, she said, “well people in this area don’t normally ask for this hair style.” I paid and left…completely in awe of her unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge of basic men’s styles. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

“Cookie,” the person who cut my hair, repeatedly questioned my judgement on cutting my hair short then gave me a very uneven cut that I had to clean up on my own later. She asked me (an adult woman) if I had permission to cut my hair. At the very least, it’s not her job to tell people what hairstyle they can have if they already know what they want.

Mitra cut and colored my hair for years beautifully. Since I moved to Florida over 2 years ago, I’ve been to 7 different salons in the Orlando area and cannot get the color right. Will be calling her this week and finding a Fantasy Sam’s nearby to see if I can solve this problem. Miss you Mitra!!!
