Made a appointment on line. I was a bit early but on time. The hairstylist was late, two walk-ins got served while I waited. She finally got there, did not apologize, and she tried to complete without a shampoo, that I had to ask/remind her about. She just wanted to get back on her schedule by cutting corners on service. I did not complain, but I will not use her ever again and might find a different place. I have used F.Sams for years, but this was very poor and frustrating.
