Positive: Professionalism, ValueFantastic Sams has been my go to hair salon for years. However, I have recently been told that the hairdresser I was so very fond of has been let go. I do not know why, but I do know that I will no longer be a client of this salon because the one employee who gave an excellent haircut at a resonable price has been let go. What was the manager of this salon thinking?!. There are several ladies I know of who feel the same way about the loss of this one excellent employee and I will certainly encourage their looking else where for the quality hair cut that this one fired employee gave. Every time my boys would get their haircut, we would have a “crying party” at the salon. She understood that they were young and it was part of the growing process. The crying NEVER bothered her and she never provided a negative attitude or showed any sort of impatience towards us. Now my boys are 6 & 8 yrs. of age and the “screaming party” has stopped. Every time my boys would get their haircut, we would have a “crying party” at the salon. She understood that they were young and it was part of the growing process. My regular stop every six weeks. The haircuts are relatively inexpensive, and you may want to figure out which of the women you prefer after a few cuts. But they are friendly and the wait is generally not very long. The best deal is to call in advance and ask them to put you on the waiting list. That way you rarely wait more than 5 minutes or so. My favorites are Jenny and Anna so you can ask for them.
