I walked in and asked for a trim/thin out. Mandy helped me. She was one of the 2 stylists. One was busy the other had no one, and the salon was empty. She shampooed & cut my hair in 45 min. Ca Once finished she asked how I liked it. It was wet. She didn’t blow dry. She took off my drape and proceeded to the checkout counter.

Krystal has been doing my hair for over three years. I have very difficult hair. My hair is totally gray and very coarse, curly and frizzy. My hair is managed much better when I have a Brazilian Blowout. However, recently I have not wanted to subject Krystal or myself to the smell of the chemicals. Watery eyes, strong smell and the thought of those chemicals just soaking into my scalp were enough to make me reject that solution for managing my hair better.
