Erika is the best! .. I moved to Rancho Cucamonga and tried to change locations due distance … And i regret just that fact that I tried to change the location because had the worse experience ever in the branch in Rancho Cucamonga which is just 2 miles from home, but her dedication, fantastic customer service and the Fantastc job!!! .. I sent my wife and my 12 year old daughter to get hair cuts and whatever else they wanted done to their hair. I was very pleased with the result. Terrible experience! Left very disappointed, and was then charged more than quoted for the disappointment! I asked for layers, which I have had about 10 times before at other salons. But this time they came out all hacked and choppy! I went home and re-washed/dried/straightened my hair and it still looked terrible. Ended up going back and one of the managers fixed it a little bit but came across rude. It’s gonna take at least a month for my hair to not look like s***! So called professionals! I could have done a better job myself. I have my baby shower today and thanks to her my hair will look crap! Also while I was there another stylist was talking a bunch of s*** about a customer who had just left, very unprofessional!
