Made an appointment a day prior. When I came in, they had me leave and reschedule for another day. Would’ve been bare minimum courtesy to have gotten a notification instead of having to waste gas and time to drive there to be told that I will not be helped that day even though I had an appointment, and I was not given any kind of reconciliation for their mistake.

I have been using Fantastic Sams for 14 months consistently every two weeks. Two weeks ago, I spent $100 in services. My stylist was Tiffany. I followed her from Laguna Niguel to Irvine. Today I had been calling for 2 hours since 10 a.m. to the Laguna Niguel location. I called several times to the Irvine location and let them know that I had been trying to get through for a couple hours and if they could call over and have their phones fixed. I finally got through to Laguna Niguel at 12:30 and was told they were too busy and could not take me until 2:30. I told them about their phones. They said a lot of customers having been trying to call, but how would they know? I was the one that kept calling the Irvine location and insisted that they fix the phones in Laguna Niguel. I had to drive from my home in Laguna Niguel all the way to Irvine with gas at $6.00 a gallon. When I arrived to the Irvine location, I told the owner what happened. She told me that it was ATT&T and there was nothing they could do about it She did jot even apologize If it had not been for me persisting in my calling and asking that the phones be turned, the phones would still be off. I asked her how I would be compensated for this bad experience. After all, I just spent $100 at the Laguna Niguel location two weeks. She was counting a wad of cash in front of me when she said, “There is nothing I can do.”. This is terrible service for a client who spends money in her shop every two weeks. I think this was greedy of her and she probably forgot to pay her phone bill. Truly a HUGE disappointment and not giving her a penny of my hard earned money.

Asked for $19 buzz but the lady decided to do something different. Nancy was very rude and did the haircut in 2 minutes. Charged me $25 without my authorization or agreement. Since I wouldn’t sign for the receipt as I did not agree with the price, Leslie charged me anyway without my signature. Never seen anything like this and I have been at this location before with other hairstylist and it was great. Nancy is very unprofessional, do yourself a favor and ask for Pavan or other ladies but stay away from Nancy.
