The stylist are so nice and listen to every particular detail I mention about my hair. The constantly check in during the service to make sure everything is how I like. Awesomeness- The stylist Mayra was so sweet and she explained what and how she was going to do to my Daughter’s hair. She and the other stylist made the visit so fun and even loving. Mayra was so sweet and my daughter Ariayana wasn’t even crying like she would. Perfect with kid’s. He’s had hair cuts ever since he was little, so she if she was worried about him acting up he wouldn’t have. I am a single mom of two I work all week, I have family pictures today this hair was urgent. They either have to get more passionate works, kid friendly workers or change their sign to appointment only. I am truly disappointed. NEVER again. Elizabeth is nice but honestly not good at bleaching or dying hair. Everything felt very rushed and didn’t give exactly what I wanted, even though I showed her pictures. Also cut my bangs wayy too short. Glad I decided not to do my whole head. Probably won’t be coming back 🙁

Lack of service, but what I really don’t appreciate is being lied to. They told me to come back in 2 hours because the only 2 people working there have appointments in 10 minutes. I asked if I could stick around just in case they’re no shows; after they didn’t show up, one of the workers just decided to leave, the other took so long that by the time she was finished, her appointment finally decided to show up an hour late and she still got service first after I waited an hour. It sucks that I have to drive at least another 2 miles down the street when this one is just around the corner.

If I could give this establishment a zero I would be the first customer to do so. As i arrived in a Sunday morning the ladies were not welcoming at all and were very rude. I went I for a haircut and retouch on my highlights. I show the stylist a picture of how my highlights were and how I want them to look. She reassures that it can be done the way I want them. A few hours after I got my hair done when I am home I get to examine the work the stylist in a better setting. I see some areas orange and did not match my original highlights. My haircut is a disaster the whole job was a mess. I contact the manager when I notice the mistakes and she was rude and wanted me to go in that same day, while I can’t do to the fact that I have two little kids. Her rudeness led me to file a complaint to corporate, because I don’t need to be going several times in a week to get it done right. If I paid for the service and if it was not good I have the right to complain. So I go in the week day i in hope of trying to get it situation fixed while when i ask for the stylist the owner gets nasty with me and starts urging with me in front of customers and stating that if I don’t have time to go in several times a week to fix my hair (that they messed up) that I shouldn’t be getting highlights. I even mentioned to her how she is being unprofessional and her exact words were I Don’t care! What owner does that! She has no respect for customers and that is just sad because we the customers are the ones who keep her doors open. She refused to give me a refund and when I tired to resolve the situation she just simply hung up on me so unprofessional and childish.
