Yorhelly is my stylist. Ask for her she has given me the best hair cut. I went to her 3 months ago and my hair cut grew out beautifully. I went back last week and I love the shape and movement of my hair cut. It brings me joy everyday to fix my hair. My 10 year old daughter also got her haircut and she loves it too. Walked in put our name on the list and asked how long it would take. The lady said there were 2 people ahead of us. Waited 45 minutes, by that time I had noticed a few parties leave as we were waiting outside. Another customer arrived and sat for about a minute and they took her right away. Was told I couldn’t make an appointment if I was just getting a haircut. At that time I looked online with their competitor,made an appointment and drove over. Within 15 minutes was in the barbers chair. Won’t be going to fantastic sams again that’s for sure

Nothing but excuses is all I left here with. I had a picture of the desired haircut but no one in the place knew how to do a fade haircut. Except one guy who said he could try but it would be a 40 min wait. I asked the greeter to show him the pic to make sure. Once he saw the pic he said I needed to go to a barber shop. Oddly enough, my son got the same cut at the Fantastic Sam’s on Arlington in Riverside and also at the one on Iris in Mo Val. Bottom line is that Black Hair doesn’t Matter to them.

Carmen is my regular stylist and she always does a great job. She listens to what you’re wanting to have done and I’ve always walked out a happy camper. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is I wish they took appointments for regular cuts and styles.

Betsy was wonderful and was delighted to have waited.Eventhough the place was like a sauna and I guess it was the manager kept on saying temperature was perfect. I don’t think 75 degrees inside is perfect but i guess in this case, customer is never right . Rating for manager is a 3 star ♀️
