Ashlee’s hair after it was done. Ashlee wanted an pink ombre with a shadow root. She had to leave during her service not our fault. She was told to come back in the next day because she did not have time to stay that day. She had to get her child. She complained that it took so long. When you come in with dark brown hair and want this color its a process. She had to be lifted twice then get the pink put on. We are very professional. if she would of not left on the first visit it would of been done that same day. Then when she left she gave us a bad review, saying she was blonde knowing full well she was coming back the next day . She asked for her money back before it was finished. She wrote the owner and said the same thing. All she wants is her money back and we do not do hair for free! When leaving a one star at least be truthful about what happened. Don’t expect to go from dark brown to light enough to give this beautiful color in an hour.

I had an amazing experience today. My hairdresser, Karlie, was awesome! She was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was there for about 3.5 hours with a full head highlight and I am in awe, my hair came out absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be back!

Stopped in for a haircut for my brother Scotty this afternoon. So nice to be greeted as soon as we came in, it’s a real neighborly feeling. The hair stylist Stevie saw that Scotty was limping and showed him to her chair right away. She asked how I wanted his hair cut. I told her he was visiting us so I wasn’t sure. We were going to have a party for him and he looked pretty shaggy. She said she would take care of it and make him even more handsome than he already was. How sweet. I sat in the waiting area but could hear their conversation. You see Scotty has Down Syndrome and is very difficult to understand. Stevie is a very small percentage of people who he can communicate with- A chance encounter? Incredible. She was incredible. Stop by this hair salon. I have a feeling they are going to be here for a while. Thanks so much Stevie and Gang!

I go here once a week, my hair stylist Stevie does amazing fades and offers great deals for people in the military. Very friendly place everyone seems to know me by name and easy to have a conversation with all of them.

The stylist Stevie is off with her perception of anatomy and inches. I told her I want my length below the shoulder she made the length just below my ears. What struck me odd is that she really seemed to think that it was beloew my shoulders. Omg. Hair stylist! If I did failed like this at my job I would be fired.

Went in for ombré style and came out with it not blending in at all and it looking like straight lines across my hair. Then went in a second time to get it fixed but she pretty much did nothing that would fix it and didn’t know how to do ombré/ highlights right. I’m not a pro but I’m pretty sure when you’re blending it in you don’t lather it on like paint.

They do not know how to color. I wish I would have seen the reviews before I went. But I was sent here from another one cause they other one didn’t have any dye. I left the store in tears. I was told to come back and they will “finish” it but I just want my wasted money back. Never coming back again. Don’t waste your money.

Took my son here. First Lady in the front chair does not know how to do a fade for a boys haircut. She butchered the fade uneven and not blended well at all. Never going there again no wonder it’s always empty.
