I asked the stylist if she knows how to cut curly hair and she said yes. I then explained I wanted it below my shoulders so when cutting it wet you need to account that it will shrink up because it’s curly hair. She tells me again we know how to cut curly hair here. My hair was cut so short that it was at my neck when she was finished and it was wet. So of course it is way shorter now. Her response was it will shrink up to where you want it to be. What? At my ears. If you don’t know how to cut curly hair just say it and I would have waited for someone available. I burst into tears when I got to my car. I have been going to this location for years and will never go back.
