I had virgin hair and didn’t know what I really wanted. After showing a few photos we were able to come up with a plan for what I wanted and it came out great. Customer service is really good. The staff tries to work with you especially if you’re unhappy. At the end I was asked a bunch of times if I liked it because they really wanted to make sure they gave me what I wanted!

Really inconsiderate of their customers! I had an appointment and they took a walk-in customer first. They didn’t even address it or apologize, they seem like they discriminate honestly. They had me wait 20 mins and so I just left. This location is terrible!! Anything in Klan-tee is not to be trusted.

Khara at Fantastic Sam’s was AMAZING! She handled my 4 year old on the autism spectrum like an absolute magician! She gave my 8 year old the birthday cut of his dreams and hooked my 13 year old up perfectly too! And we all got out of there in under an hour for less than $50. I just can’t sing praises enough, this was the best haircut experience our family has ever had and we’ll DEFINITELY ask for Khara again!
