I had a very bad experience here before I even start my hair service…I know fantastic sams can see you walk In but I called to make appo to be on the safe side, Left work early to go there at 3 which I made appo over the phone and they turned me away because is not enough time for a highlight which they could tell me over the phone… the lady asked me to go back next morning and I confirmed the time at 10… Next morning I called again and told them that I am going and the lady said I put you down at 9.. well I am sorry I confirmed twice that I be here at 10… very upset at their customer service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM….

When I called to make an appointment the gentleman on the phone was very helpful asking if I knew where it was and I didn’t. He explained it was in the Costco shopping center. They took my temperature when I got there and everyone was wearing masks which I appreciated. Stephen, who cut my hair, was very friendly and did a great job! I will definitely be back when they reopen.

So disgusted with the entire experience! I HAD long hair before I went to this place. I paid for a cut and deep condition. Then the Lady starts cutting off all my hair. I almost cried. On top of that there is like a hole through the back of my hair and the cut is uneven. I look so bad. Its a day later, I still want to cry.

Simple haircut – a bob. Never offered the shampoo nor hot towel like the sign said. Tried to charge me full price instead of senior price; had to push for that. Then the haircutter took all my money, did not offer to break it out to allow me to choose my tip. Won’t be going back.
