Maria is my hair stylist and she did a fantastic job on my hair. I had it weaved, cut, and style. It looks terrific. I am very happy with my new terrific style. This hair salon has a nice atmosphere and you are always greeted by all the staff.

On Sunday I went in for a haircut, based on online research that showed they had a price of $18 and a $3 off coupon. The stylists did a job better than most but, when I went to pay, the regular price for the haircut was $23. When I showed her the website on my phone, The stylist stated that that price was 4 years old. I asked to speak to the owner but the owner wasn’t there and the stylist wasn’t allowed to give out the owner’s contact information. As a business owner myself, I want to know about all customer complaints immediately. The stylist finally took my name and number to give to the owner but this is now Wednesday and I have yet to hear back from anyone. So, while they’re online site gained them a customer, their unwillingness to honor what was on their site has lost them a customer.
