They were friendly but wanted to charge me $20 on top of the $25 haircut just to blowdry my hair. So i left with wet hair because I thought that was pretty ridiculous. Then when my hair dried it looked like this. I asked for layers but this looks way to choppy and uneven. The lady only spent around 20 mins cutting it altogether. I guess it’s the best you can expect for a $25 haircut.

2 times I’ve been there for a haircut. First time the haircut was nice, but it wasn’t quite what I asked for. Second time I got what I asked for – layers. But both sides are terribly uneven, it doesn’t look nice, i look like a 45 year old lady from 80s, although I’m in my 20s. This is the most uneven strange looking haircut that I’ve ever got. So again I had to finish the haircut myself standing in front of the mirror, trying to make it look at least descent. Still looks bad. The ladies who work there are really nice and their job is not easy (standing all day, etc) and I believe that they’ve got tons of satisfied customers, but I guess they just can’t work with my hair. Also THEY NEED BETTER LIGHT THERE!!!! No wonder my hair is so uneven, I couldn’t see that in that darkness, I bet the hairdressers have hard time seeing it too. Also my hairdresser was in rush because she had another client waiting.

Staff are nice and welcoming, however they don’t listen to what your asking for exactly, they do what they want and sweet talk you after so you don’t get upset and make a scene. I went in with long hair and asked for layered trim max 2” off length and I came out with 5-6” off. Doing layered trim/cut already takes length off but she just keep cutting n cutting. Overall finish is ok but length is not where I wanted and so for that they only get 2 stars.

Refused to do my hair the way I wanted it done. I asked for color which then the lady asks me did I bring the color with me, then once she checked the back to see that she did in fact have the colors I requested she didn’t want to respect my groupon voucher for color because I would have needed my hair bleached which I was ok with paying the extra for the bleach, but she refused to do it that way. The lack of experience in this place is ridiculous, the lady had to go around to the other stylist and ask if they could do it and when one of the stylist asked her if she wanted to do it herself she told her no.
