I’ve had some sloppy, careless haircuts in my day, but Gina’s performance was truly a thing to behold. She flew through the haircut in a matter of minutes, literally not checking *anything* for consistency: the length was noticeably different on the left vs right, one sideburn was shorter than the other, the back of the neckline was crooked, and the front was cut significantly shorter than requested. At no point did she stop & compare the length in various areas, as every other stylist I’ve ever visited has done – she basically just spent a few minutes hacking off random bits, then asked “OK? Should I put in some gel?” as if she was done. When she handed me the mirror to check the back, it was blatantly obvious how crooked the line was. But after seeing her total lack of care, I didn’t dare ask her to correct it for fear that she’d just make it worse. Unfortunately, it will probably take months before everything has grown out enough to get it fixed by a proper stylist. How someone so careless continues to be employed cutting hair is truly beyond my comprehension, but if you care at all about how you look, do yourself a favor & stay away from Gina. From what I see in the other reviews, Miriam does a good job. Sadly, I was a walk-in & just assumed that any stylist would be fine. I was mistaken.

I went in with a photo of how I wanted my hair cut. It was a basic shaved side into a scissor cut. The stylist took one look and said “we can’t do that. That’s a barbershop haircut”. Seemed odd since I thought I was at a barbershop.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I came here about 3 months ago, as soon as I walk in there is a half shaved dog sitting on the floor (I love animals but not at a hair place, The woman who Helped me was nice at first, but then got tired of working I guess, and claimed I had lice. I know or a fact that I did not have lice, (I have a medical condition that causes bad dandruff) she refused to serve me and said that I would shave my head! After I immediately went to see a friend who specializes in lice removal for school age children. And she said that I am 100% lice free. This was an absolutely horrible experience and I will urge everyone I know not to come here

I have long straight hair without any style. I asked for tapered layers cut to shoulder length, provided three photos for reference, and instead got 1 inch messily removed from all of it, making it look just like it did when I came in. The stylist (I don’t know her name, but it wasn’t Miriam or Wendy) argued with me about what I wanted, saying it wasn’t possible, and I’m extremely disappointed with the result. I wish I could get a refund, that was not worth $50.

The lady was real short quick and seemed non-caring I wasn’t very happy with my cut I told her it didn’t look consistent she told me whatever the machine catches it catches were not barbers will not be coming back
