I would give them a 0/5 stars but since thats not possible i give them a 1. I gave them a reference photo that had short hair with layers and bangs. All i changed was that I didn’t want bangs. Once she made the first snip, I knew things were going to go bad. Now my hair is too short and the layers are choppy. The hairdresser also did not feather the ends so now it is very thick at the ends and is hard to brush through with a comb. Did not listen and it ended up being too short for my liking. My sister also got a haircut there and they did nothing to it in the back and the layers in the front are very choppy. And for what we got, the prices are too expensive. Would not recommend this location. And when you leave, you go out with wet hair. They do not dry your hair unless you ask for it.

I always have an awesome experience getting my hair done by Nubia. I love how she does my hair and I always gets compliments from my friends. I seen the owner cut and style people’s hair and it always looks awesome as well. I come from a family that cuts hair in New York so I now they do an awesome job. I can’t wait until they open again.

After having a bad experience with this chain in the past (from another location), I had my reservations. My experience at this location was the opposite. I came in as a walk in and was greeted by Tara the manager who was knowledgeable and over all a great stylist. My haircut was exactly like the photo that I showed her. I will definitely be back, and will definitely recommend.
