I now have worse hair than when I came in. It is damaged, dry and two colors. They do not know what they are doing at this salon. They put the bleaching color on my virgin roots at the same time dark color on my ends. It lightened my roots and darkened my color. I now have hot roots (lighter) and a halo (black ring). The cut was also terrible. Not even at all.

They do a good job on our hair especially considering the value vs salons. While it can add up if you have multiple children to get cuts for, you will typically get better quality. The stylists are usually all nice. Just don’t show up after 7:40pm for a cut (20 min before close) even though it says they close at 8pm (weekdays).

Clean store. A lot of parking. Yolanda is the best. Been seeing her for more than 10 years, first in Westchester, now in El Segundo. Makes me feel welcome, greets me with a smile, great conversations, takes care of me every time. And I always look better leaving than when I came in. Appointments recommended as the store can be busy and she is understandably popular. Also cool — they’re open until 8 p.m. M-Th so I can go after work.
