I have been to Susan a few times, she did a decent job on my hair. Made a appointment with her a week in advance, showed up 5min early. She seemed angry and annoyed that I was there asked if I had an appointment? I said yes with her. She really never said anything when back to the lady she was working on 20min later without so much as a comment from her, such as I’ll be right with you thanks for waiting. Nothing. At the 30min mark I left as I had appointments that I needed to be on time for. So I guess business is so good you just turn it away? Or she hates what she does so much that it shows? Or a combination? And every single time I tip well $10 on a $22 hair cut, but clearly she doesn’t want my business. If your miserable at work then maybe you should do another job Susan…..I wish I could do negative star review

Will never use this salon again very rude lady in there with a pixie cut who cut my daughters hair she is only two and has never been to a salon so she was a little squirmy there was nothing they could do to fix my daughters hair because she cut it herself so all she could do was shave it which was upsetting enough then she aggressive grabbed my daughters head and rudely said head back lady she is two I should have grabbed your head like that and seen how you liked it I was almost in tears when I left I paid the lady but she didn’t deserve a dime will not give you any buisness at all ever again
