I got my hair cut and eyebrows waxed with Juana! She was the sweetest person ever and was constantly making me feel beautiful throughout the entire service. Not only can she cut hair, but she can have a real conversation with her clients! My hair is exactly what I wanted and I left feeling so pretty! I’ve never been so happy with a haircut 🙂 I’ll definitely be back to book with her again.

Don’t use the stylist with super short hair!!! Told her multiple times and showed her pictures of what I wanted and she just kept saying “it’s going to look like a mullet” …. And she did what she wanted to do (layers) and NOT WHAT I WANTED AT ALL. WHO’S hair is it??? Just washed my hair and the right side is 2” shorter than the left side!!!! I am sick and WOW there goes any self esteem I once had!!!

I visited this salon and my experience was excellent, the lady that did my hair was excellent,her name is Brenda and she did an amazing job, gave me a new look and was very happy. My significant other was I awe of my hair. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Brenda as a top notch stylist.

She cut my hair very thoroughly, and I absolutely love it. Disclaimer my hair is difficult to cut, it’s half wavy, half straight. Had the same stylist for over 4 years but new management style replaced previous employees with those who seem to have less personality. New stylist I tried 3 times has yet to achieve the results I was looking for. I have wavy hair and she seems to have difficulty cutting it to lay correctly. The color I was to get touched up was dark brown with burgundy highlights. I left with light brown hair and blonde highlights. I was told this was the last color match that was done. The new stylists seem to disagree with what the customer requests. I’m no expert but if the previous stylist was able to accommodate and I never had a problem, then it must be the new people. I’m not happy and I guess I’ll have to go elsewhere for my hair.

The service was good, however I feel like my 6 year old daughter and I were taken advantage of for the type of cut we received. For example, I got 2 inches cut off the bottom, no actual hair cut style, a shampoo, and blow dry for $43. Salon Zen (down street) did the exact thing and included a deep conditioning treatment for $35 total. My daughter got a simple framed hair cut and blow dry as well for $32. I didn’t question the prices during checkout as I had my three little ones with me. Even the posted prices in the salon didn’t correlate to overcharge. I did a Facebook chat and they estimated my hair cut, shampoo, and blow dry to be in the range of $22-$28. Once again, was charged $43 for a simple trim, shampoo, and blow dry. Insane. Due to the inconsistent pricing, I am giving one star and not returning. I’d rather just visit a luxury salon for the same prices I was charged at this Fantastic Sams.

I came in to have my hair highlighted and I had the privilege of meeting Rachael, who was my hair stylist. She was Ah-amazing!!! When the original highlights did not turn out as planned, she accommodated my schedule to have me come back the same day and fixed her mistakes free of charge. I know everyone would like to get it right the first time, but everyone makes mistakes and she truly went above and beyond in my book! She made sure I was happy with it and did an awesome job! I am a completely satisfied customer and hope to see her again in the future!
