Worst cut ever? I left a five star review four years ago but today I’m amending it. I asked to stylist yo do some minor trimming on my 9 year old sons hair to clean it up and she cut it short instead. My son has literally crying in the chair as she was cutting it and she just ignored him and kept cutting. I was busy getting my own hair styled so I didn’t notice until she was halfway done. I’m so disappointed.

I was able to make an appointment right away, which was a plus. However, my hairdresser smelled like an ashtray (her hands, her breath, her clothes) it was horribly unpleasant. Then, on top of that, I got my hair colored and she never bothered to clean the dye off the sides of my face, ears or neck.
