I’ve come to this location many times without incident and always leaving happy. In the past few months there has been a change and not for the better. This location has become horrible and the customer service is lacking. Tried five different times over six weeks to get a haircut only to hear excuses on why they can’t cut someone’s hair whether it’s being busy, no staff or other appointments booked later in the day. Hearing this all while looking at stuff sitting in the barber chairs playing on their cellphone. Even tried calling to schedule an appointment a week ago to have the staff tell me to walk in and they don’t schedule appointments for basic haircuts. Don’t waste your time with this location. Staff is rude and the location gives the FS Brand a really bad name.

I posted a yelp review of my experience and stated I won’t return. My husband scheduled an appointment and the salon manager, Heidi, called and told him that they won’t service him until I remove my yelp review and make a formal apology. Apologize because your staff is rude, burnt out, and gossipy? As a tenure (10 years) customer and big tipper, I expect more. The salon discriminated against my husband who had nothing to do with my experience . Heidi, a better way to approach an escalation is to reach out to the customer and ask what happened, listen, be understanding, offer a resolution, and coach your employees. Had you done that, I would have removed my yelp review. I will never apologize for posting an honest review and you have guts for asking. That is unprofessional. I asked you to reach out to the owner and the district manager reached out. Unacceptable! The salon is dirty, products garbage, you get what you pay for. I will never visit this salon and I encourage whomever reading this to go to any other salon.
