Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was calling to make an appointment to dye my hair. (11/11/2021) The girl on the phone was rude, didn’t even bother to introduce herself and rudely asked me what I wanted done. I could tell that I was already on speaker phone and it was very hard for me to hear her when she turned away. She then told me that she was extremely busy (because she had one client) and for me to call her back later, to set an appointment for a later date. She asked me to call her back. Then when I asked for her manager, because of her tone, she told me that her manager was on vacation: refused to tell me when the manager was getting back, and then HUNG UP ON ME. Maybe I’m wrong, but I thought Fantastic Sam’s was a customer service? She was extremely rude and hung up on me! Wow.. Some employees Fantastic Sam’s carries. Makes me think that I should go to a different hair salon, if they’re treating me like this OVER THE PHONE. I was calling to make an appointment to dye my hair. (11/11/2021) The girl on the phone was rude, didn’t even bother to introduce herself and rudely asked me what I wanted done. I could tell that I was already on speaker phone and it was very hard for me to hear her when she turned away. I listened to her and the red in my hair came back out 8 days later. I called to have her redo it and she said it had to be less then 7 days to get it redone for free. A year passed and my daughter wanted a haircut. She specifically told her where she wanted the length. Michelle even asked her “You want it right here right ?” Well she cut off an extra 2 and 1/2 inches. My daughter left there crying. Will never walk in this place again. Don’t waste you time going here. 1st time I went the hairdresser Tanya told me to go darker so I could get the red out of my hair. I listened to her and the red in my hair came back out 8 days later. I called to have her redo it and she said it had to be less then 7 days to get it redone for free. A year passed and my daughter wanted a haircut.
