ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT COME HERE! Unless you want tiger stripes on your roots and damaged hair. I complained and was in shock at this mess and cried on my way home. I had to get it fixed elsewhere sameday just to go out to dinner. The “hairstylist” here claimed the bleach would wash out of my roots..come on that is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Not professional at all!!

I hate my hair! The stylist I had was nice but my hair looks awful. I went for a balayage and came out with orange/ brassy hair. When the stylist finished with my hair, she almost let me leave the salon with wet hair. I asked her to dry it because I wanted to see the color clearly. She seemed hesitant and I could see why. When my hair was almost dry, I could see how splotchy and brassy it looked. She asked if I liked it and I told her that I didn’t because it was orange/ brassy. It wasn’t at all the color I wanted, and it didn’t look like a balayage. She said she will add more toner but it didn’t solve anything. I now have bright splotchy hair that looks burnt and I hate it.

Went in for money pieces and color and got what i asked for. Jade was careful with my hair and made sure all the way through the process that my hair was not being damaged. She took the time to go over what product would be best for my hair type and explained things about my hair and why it does what it does in places. Got to love baby fine hairs that don’t do what you want them to do. Anyways, I walked away happy and will use Jade again. Thank you

We came in and got great service with one tattooed stylist. We had to make a later appointment because of the size of our group. When we came back we were a bit late but called ahead to make sure it would be alright. However we were “greeted” quite rudely by a different stylist. She must not have been informed that we would come late and started on another client (totally fine, as this is why we called to make sure we would not affect later appointment by coming in late). Her tone was nasty and unprofessional as she spoke to us and explained we would just have to wait. Again, we knew this, told her this so she would calm down and stop with the attitude but no. Having service done by her is not worth it. I wish we knew her name exactly because I would like to reward her behavior publicly.

although the cut and color my sister got was good. I was charged $160. that is outrageous! I will find another place in the future. Also the person that we used was so rude! We tried to talk to her and she just ignored us. My sister has a disability and so it made me upset that she wouldn’t respond to her. Does anyone else pay this much?? She is ripping people off in my opinion!
