DO NOT GET A PERM HERE, but ESPECIALLY with Teresa! They honestly don’t know what they’re doing and you’re better off doing it yourself! I had a perm with Van 11 days ago, and it honestly wasn’t too bad. The curl in the back was beautiful, but the top portion went flat. So, I went back to have it touched up with Teresa because Van was on vacation. BIG mistake! She put in some rods, doused my WHOLE head with solution, and then the hair without rods went straight. I mentioned this concern to her after she applied the solution, because I know that perm solution changes the hair to whatever state it’s in when the solution is applied. She said the other hair would be fine, that they always soak the whole head, even when doing touch ups, and that it’s never gone straight. Uh huh. My hair looks awful. After 2 perms in 11 days, it’s irreversibly damaged and I have to perm it straight AGAIN to fix it. I’ll be doing that by myself. Go somewhere else or you’ll regret it!!

The reason I am putting down 3 stars is because, my stylist was extremely nice. However before she started cutting I told her that it was important to me that I can put my hair into a high ponytail as I don’t usually style my hair too often and when asked about layers I told her I didn’t want that many layers as I hate when trying to put hair up with layers half of your hair falls down. She promised me that wouldn’t happen. However, my hair is way shorter than what I had asked for and she put thousands of layers that just honestly makes the hair look choppy. It’s not the worst haircut in the world, however it puts me in a position where I can’t put it into a high pony, I have to now figure out how to style it, etc. I’m not mad just pretty sad and disappointed.

I am so done with this location.. a couple months back, I arrived for my appointment only for them to tell me I would have to wait 45 minutes. I drove all the way there and they couldn’t even give me a courtesy call that they were running late. I wanted to give them another chance so I made an appointment today and was 10 mins late due to traffic. I walk in and they said my hair stylist Teresa left because I was late. No call, nothing. They asked if I wanted to reschedule and had to just laugh and walk away because how ridiculous for them to think I would reschedule after that. Good luck FS, you won’t be getting my business in the future.

Got my girls and wife a trim. The person barely spoke any english. Had to keep telling the beautician to make it even. She clearly was not trained. She was very mad at me cuz I kept telling her to fix it. They charge way to much for trimming the tips. I will never go there again.
