I have never seen a worse haircut in my life. I’m not sure if the young girl who did this to my son was new or what, but this is tragic! I am going to fix it as much as possible. It looks like a 2 year old cut his hair and she went so short on some of it that I don’t know if I can fix it. I’m hoping they can make this right and I can update the review in the future.

Emily Campbell is the best stylist I have ever gone to. She was so careful about my eyebrows and she made them look so amazing. She is amazing to talk to, and she sure knows her stuff. I also get my lashes done by her and she is amazing. Will not go to anyone else. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and very kind! I have never had a bad experience with her. I will recommend her and fantastic sams till the day she leaves!!! BOOK WITH EMILY CAMPBELL!!

Ayshia did an incredible curly hair cut for me. Attention to detail, and double checked on the length she cut. Extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!! She’ll be my new go-to hair stylist! I came to this location to get highlights and lowlights in my hair. I expressed to the hairstylist that my hair was thinning and fragile. However, she ended up bleaching nearly all my hair and then attempted to tone in the high and the low. It didn’t work. My highlights were yellow in some places and bright white in others. The lowlights were the same as my original color. To make matters worse, she didn’t wash out all of the toner. My hair is fried! I contacted them to ask for a refund so I could attempt to get it fixed somewhere else. They told me that wasn’t a possibility. Another hairstylist offered to fix it for me. She added in actual lowlights with dye (not short-lasting toner) and did the best she could to fix it. As she was working on my hair, the owner came in and started asking about “our friend” (meaning me) in a sarcastic way. Even when the stylist pointed out that I was sitting right there, he still acted like it I was an inconvenience.

I’m not one to write reviews on places but the experience I had has just been eating at me… I’m not going to mention the stylist name just for the respect of her… I went in for an eyebrow wax, and it was the worst eyebrow wax I had… During my appointment I felt a drip of wax hit my face right below my eye. Immediately I got worried because I get my eye lash extensions done and I had just gotten them done the day before. She had told me it didn’t get in my eyelashes and was fine. A couple seconds later I tried opening my eye and sure enough there was wax in my lashes, so one, she lied to me and then follows with the comment. “Your lash girl is going to be mad at you”. During the appointment I ended up with wax in my side hair line. When she was done she immediately got wax off, an oil based product which removes lashes and starts cleaning the wax out of my lashes! (She is also lash certified so she SHOULD know that oil based products remove lashes). She charged me for the service and didn’t offer anything else. That night I called the salon to talk to the manager, the manager texted me the next day and I told her the issue. She ONLY offered a a free eyebrow wax next time I needed one, she didn’t offer a refund on my service or to pay for my fill. I’m definitely not going back to a salon that messed up once. It was frustrating that I had to pay for 2 eyelash fills in the same week, due to someone else’s error… I will not be returning to Fantastic Sams nor will I be referring people there.

Hours online said they close at 8pm. Hours on the door said they close at 8pm. Walked up at 7:15pm lights are off two girls standing at the counter talking. Door was locked and I was ignored. Too bad for them I always tip well. Never going back!
