Not recommended dissatisfied with the final result they cut around 9” of my hair when I specifically said I wanted the same length, ask for layers and didn’t get them I wanted to give it another try with some highlights with the owner of the place, after talking we decided to go with balayage but it ended up a disaster

I used to go to Fantastic SAMS for years when we had them in California. Now I can’t find one there. I am so thankful I found this one in Denver! Critical: QualityI came in to get my hair dyed. I told the lady working at the time that I wanted to dye my hair and eyebrows brown. She brought me over to her station and showed me the types of brown that she could supposedly dye my hair to and all of those colors were dark in color. I picked a brown hair color and told her that that was what I wanted and she said okay let me go get it mixed up and ready. She then comes back and starts dying my hair and eyebrows. After the long wait (of course) she brings me to wash my hair just like you’re suppose to and I then find out that the hair color she gave me was NOT the color I asked for (or shown).
