I came in at 10:15 on a Thursday, empty salon, stylist at front desk I ask to get a haircut she says do you have an appointment? (Apathetic attitude) I said no but can I get in right now you are empty, she says yeah but I have an appointment in 10 mins, I said so you won’t take me even though you have no client now? Terrible attitude and even worse customer service I will not be visiting this establishment again and I suggest you go somewhere else

I visited early summer for a haircut. Staff was friendly and they got me in within 15mins of arriving without an appointment. I have curly hair and wasn’t sure if I wanted layers or not. I asked my hair stylist for her opinion. She recommended one length instead of layers because she said it would be best for my hair type and face shape. I said okay because I figured she knew what she was talking about. After the cut I started having a lot of issues trying to comb my hair, it was getting tangled ALL the time, I couldn’t style it the same. I found out that one length is really a no-no for thick, curly hair and that long layers are ideal. I don’t recommend this salon for women with thick, curly hair like me. Definitely find a stylist that is trained to work with curly and thick hair types. I did not realize how a bad haircut could affect my hair so much. I will only go to stylists trained to work with curly hair from now on. The customer service was good, but my stylist was just not experienced with my hair type and it affected the look and feel of my hair. And yes, it was this salon.

Great service, cut was great, and I think I was in and out in like 20 minutes tops. This is my second time coming here, and I will definitely be returning again. Also, I had two different stylists each time, and both were very nice, and listened to what I wanted done. A other reason I will be returning. I really appreciated the kind service.

I came in while they were understaffed and got a very VERY fast haircut. I did happen to walk in just before a girl who had an appointment in just a couple minutes from that time, but still. I kind of want to have my hair just the way I like it if I’m paying 20 bucks and also being a good human being and tipping a little something too. Not just a fast zip zip cut cut is that good sort of thing without the offer of a neck shave. That said, she didnt do a bad job and did offer a shampoo which I declined because I saw she had a lot to do. Please keep this place properly staffed or lower your prices so a fast cut doesn’t feel like a rip off
