My girlfriend just got her hair done at Fantastic Sams in Castlerock. She wanted a specialty hair color done and gave Adam free rein to do what he does best! I was impressed. I brought my daughter in for an impromptu ‘clean up’ and the guy did a great job! Sorry I didn’t get your name. He was great with kids and did a great job on her hair. More than what I expected from a chain salon. The only thing that made this 4 stars instead of 5 was the cleanliness of the waiting area. It was pretty bad. Needs a good cleaning, then you’ve got yourself a 5-star establishment here. Thanks!

New to me. Stylist listened to my needs which were very different than the customer prior to me.Both of us looked fantastic when leaving. The saloon was very friendly and upbeat. My spouse also go a cut with a different stylist. It went equally well and looks great also.

I just got my haircut by a woman named Anna, and I have to say I have never received a worse haircut in my entire life. She didn’t understand what I had asked to be done, messed it up and I got charged more than I do normally there. I will never again give my business back to this company. Absolutely unsatisfied.

My first time here, and at the time I went, they only had 1 stylist working. And I dont mean just one on that day, but just 1 stylist period for the whole, entire store. So this poor guy has given probably a hundred haircuts, if not more, in the couple of weeks that he has been working the store by himself.

Called the night before to schedule an appointment and double check the prices before getting the services done. I was told one price and I scheduled the appointment for the following morning. I get there and told the gal I wanted the dead ends taken off. she says about 3/4 to an inch and I say no lets go a little more. then she takes me to the sink and I get a conditioning treatment done, then hair cut. as she proceeds to cutting my hair she doesn’t even ask or let me know or confirms with me how much she’s cutting. after the cut, she blow dries and we continue with the style I wanted. An hour and a half later I’m done, I get. few products and proceed to check out. I’m at the counter for 10-15 min because they supposed;y have a new system and she didn’t know what she was doing. at this point I’m in a hurry I have other plans… I’m growing impatient and finally she has a total and its way off from what I was quoted the night before. I ask her about it and tell her what I was told and she looks at me like I’m stupid. I just pay because I’m in a hut I’ve been there almost 2 hours at that point. I ask for a receipt so I can see why I’m charged almost 40 more than I was quoted and that takes her another 5 minutes and ultimately I have to leave because I couldn’t wait any longer. so without a receipt I have no idea why I was charged so much and my hair doesn’t even look like I got a cut and the conditioning treatment didnt even last 24 hours…. my hair is already dry again…. so disappointed with everything for what I paid….. gonna have to go spend another who knows how much too get more hair cut off and a better condoning treatment done 🙁
