So I went into this Fantastic Sam’s location to meet up with the General Manager Angie after not so great all over blonde experience. So first off I’d like to say, I was very nervous walking in today. But, when I walked into the building I was greater with smiles and hellos. Then I sat down with Angie and she assessed my hair. Shortly after she worked with me to figure out what would work best. She was able to not only fix my hair but she went above and beyond and did such an amazing job. She was extremely attentive and paid careful attention to detail. I highly recommend going here for your next hair do!! I am so beyond pleased with the result!! I’ve added before and after pictures to show the amazing results and work put in!!

Staff was wonderfully nice, but they have no clue how to color. Go to a professional for color if you want it done right. The green hair is supposed to be teal peek a boo’s (this is after three washes) and the orange hair is supposed to be ginger beer color not copper streaked. Very disappointed for $350.

My haircut was very good. The stylist who did it was knowledgeable and skilled. However I felt judged that I have not seen a hairdresser in many years. The stylist made it clear that I was doing a poor job with taking care of my hair between getting it cut by family members, self-dying kits and grocery store hair products. I left the salon feeling worse than I did coming in. I know I can do better in my self-care regimen—that’s why I came in finally. I guess I could have used a little more guidance on how I can do better and not criticized for what I’ve failed to do. I will return to FS but maybe not this particular store.
