Got my hair cut here yesterday. Shirley was awesome! Great with the scissors and I was really happy she asked me if I wanted clippers or scissors before we started. I think that is because she used to do hair on an Air Force base and she understands how some of us don’t like buzz clippers.

I just finished getting a trim with Shirley. She was so rough with me while washing my hair. She was yanking on me and slamming my head into the sink. It felt like I was interrupting something and she was in a rush to have me leave. The only other person in the store was another employee. My trim is not bad, but nothing to be excited about. I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes. I have very long and thick hair. Never in my life have I ever had such a speedy experience. I was not even offered a blow dry and left with sopping wet hair.

I made an appointment TWO DAYS before online for a haircut at 6:30pm. I got to the salon at 6:25pm. When I got there the stylist was finishing up a haircut and she told me that they couldn’t shampoo and blow dry because she just squeezed a walk in right before me. I was ok that’s fine just the cut I guess. I waited for 5 minutes when she asked if I could come tomorrow instead because she won’t have time since they close at 7pm. What is the point of an appointment?? If you knew you had an appointment at 6:30pm and close at 7pm why take a walk in? Or maybe stay few min longer to finish my appt? No customer service at all!!!

I don’t know if this is the one on bandera but if it is 10/10 my stylist Shirley did a perfect job she did exactly what I asked for and was super nice and friendly I love my hair and I will now be going there anytime I need a haircut (she’s down my hair three time before this).

We came yesterday on a Sunday afternoon for my 5yo daughter to get a haircut. I believe her stylist name was Jessica and her sister was Jennifer, maybe it was the other way around but she was freaking amazing! She always treated my daughter like she was an independent little girl and made her feel very special. Her haircut came out super cute and she was able to fade and cover a spot on her bangs that my daughter cut herself.

Prices are ridiculous and I was asked questions about my hair care as if I do not care for my hair. The stylist needs to understand that there are so many different walks of life and maybe my hair is trying to recover from chemo therapy and medication that I consume. So judgmental here. I will not return because of these things. A wash and cut 1 inch of your hair should not be $37.00 dollars. No treatment and no hot water to wash my hair. No thank you.
