Zach did such a great job with my hair! I got highlights and they turned out AMAZING. It took mostly all day, and I’m not one to sit still for so long, but he made it so tolerable as he kept a conversation with me and was super friendly the entire time. It was definitely worth it and I will definitely be getting my hair done with him every time!

While looking for something to do on this rather slow Friday afternoon, I made the conscious decision to get my brassy, dried out hair a little do over. I always heard bad things about chain salons, but everyone else was booked out for weeks nearby and so I decided to stumble on in to Fantastic Sam’s. Here I was greeted with a sign in sheet, waited about 20-30 minutes, and to my amazement was delighted with my results. Shanize was a very helpful stylist by considering what’s best for my hair, assuring me that quality was what she was aiming for and overall it was a great experience! I will definitely be returning!

Showed up at 5pm and there were 3 people ahead of us. We were tha last for the day. When it was our turn both stylist were arguing who was going to cut my daughter’s hair. Neither one would stop cleaning to address us. After watching them meander around for 10 minutes not wanting to help us. We left!! I will never go back. My daughter was so upset!! We are now at Smart Style and the stylist here is very nice!!

I called before the stylus even got to work for a 2 o’clock appointment, got there a few moments early let them know I had 2 o’clock appointment and no one told the stylus so I was not able to get my haircut very disappointing. Like why wouldn’t you tell the stylus as soon as she got to work she has appointments already booked?
