Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI made an appointment a week in advance for 11am to have my hair washed and styled for a wedding. No cut, highlights or anything, just a simple wash and style. I wasn’t seated to shampoo until 11:45, and barely started to get styled just after 12. I was maid of honor so time was of the essence, which is why I made the appointment which they failed to honor. The stylist was extremely rough and was yanking and pulling my hair numerous times, and after I brought it to her attention she said “sorry” with attitude, and continued pulling and breaking my hair. All I asked for was loose waves and she couldn’t even do that. She had to go to the back and pull out a wand that she “had never used before and was just sitting in the back collecting dust”. She didn’t give me what I asked for, and when she tried to fix it it just got worse and her attitude continued. My hair had tight curls, loose waves, and pin straight pieces all together. It was a complete mess. When I told them I was unsatisfied, I received attitude from both employees. They tried to rush me out of the store and didn’t give me a receipt, so when I asked for one they both laughed at me in front of a waiting room full of people. I was so humiliated after they laughed and scoffed at me that I just walked out and didn’t even bother to get my receipt anymore. I was late for the wedding photos with my hair looking a complete mess (since we tried to rush and fix it last minute) and wasted two hours of my morning at this salon. The only pleasurable part of my experience was the shampoo girl, who was an absolute sweetheart and was extremely kind and sincere. The other two stylists were extremely unprofessional, unskilled, and rude. The 3 stars reflects the business not the sylist. I got my hair cut yesterday by Emily and she did awesome dispite being the only one working. I could tell she was under alot of stress trying to get everyone served in a timely mannerbut she kept a great attitude. Between people walking in and asking her questions during the middle of a cut she handled it well. All i needed was a cut to get my dead ends off and she did a great job. I understand being short staffed, but with many surrounding districts starting school this week there should have been another person working. If a stylist couldnt come in then the manager should of stepped up to be there.

I went in and had a younger girl in there who did my hair. All I wanted was a trim. Well there was another teen girl in there that was getting her hair colored however, when I was doing my hair the lady doing my hair seemed to be more fixed on her. Often stopping cutting my hair to check on her. It didn’t bother me much honestly. What did bother me was what I saw in the mirror when I got home….. when I parted my hair the right side was longer than the left! I tried parting it differently to see if that was the problem. But no matter how I try to part it it is still longer than the other side. Some may be asking why I didn’t see it in the mirror in the salon after she cut my hair. Well she had curled it without my consent. So I assumed she was being nice. My warning: Don’t go! But if you do choose to go make sure to check your hair length is the way you want it

Most every time is a great experience unfortunately one stylist has made me feel like coming here with my son for a haircut is an inconvenience for them be it I’m arrived at 430 p. M she told me there was a big wait when there was only 2 people ahead of me and that she could not sign me in so I told her I would check in online and received nothing but attitude I think she just didn’t want a record on how long it would take. hoping someone can contact me about her over all deminar and unprofessional attitude I have never felt like such an inconvenience to give my money to a buissness
