Stylist Amanda with blue curly hair is rude and with attitude. Gotta speak up to tell her what cut you want because she’s cutting your hair way more then you ask for!! They suk here!! don’t do it ever again!! I know I wouldn’t go to these salons!! She even broke her necklace with the trimmers. Wasn’t careful to say hey please remove your necklace.

Took my 2 year old son to get a haircut the lady that did it was wonderful and patient with him. The manager not so welcoming. Walked in with a mad face on. Was rude because I didn’t know to use clippers or scissors! My fiancé usually takes the boys to Littleton’s so I don’t know what to say but told her how I wanted it. I’ll just stick to the normal girl I go to at the far left. Went up in price to $15 for a child’s haircut.

Stopped here on a whim a few months back. One of those “I had a bad day, so I need to do something to my hair asap” kind of days. They were able to get me in after a 10 minutes, and went to work on my hair. I didn’t ask for much, just a trim. The cut was okay, but my layers were not done well. I asked for flowy, and they were a bit more choppy and blunt. But it served its purpose and I was pleased with the service. Decent option if you need a quick fix for a wild hair.

The customer service at this store is consistently bad. The young lady I spoke with this past week was rude and unwelcoming and spoke to me as if I was bothering her. We were told they were taking people by appointment only despite the fact that the salon was empty. I was told to come back later in the afternoon when they had an appointment avaiable. I just left and never came back. As we exited the store, my young daughter commented that the salon person seemed like a mean lady. If you want to feel like a valued customer, don’t bother coming to this salon.

I lucked into the Lytle location 3 years ago and Stacy is the only stylist I trust. We stay in TX 6 mos and travel the rest of the year. I wait till we are in San Antonino and then go on a hair binge with Stacy. I’ve had SOS, cuts, high and low lites and coloring during these 3 years and never been disappointed. In fact I tell Stacy how much I can spend then let Stacy decide what needs doing. I love the complements but I still reluctantly give out her name, hence the 3 year delay in rating. Beware that the rest room is next door in the HEB store!
