For guys please stay away from Adriana,,,asked to have top cut back a bit to match shorter sides. With glasses off didn’t realize till I left the amount of damage,,,,I now have 1/4 length on left side,,3 in on top an rt side. Like she jus wanted to do some new age thing on my head with out my concent,,honestly u can’t imagine,,,,can’t put piks on here or I would,,,probably great with women’s hair an a really nice person,,,,heading today to get whole head cut back to 1/4 in an start over

Adriana is the best here!!! I came in to get a quick trim and her service was great. She gave me a relaxing deep conditioning service (with a nice head massage). She really seemed like she cared about my hair as she recommended shampoos for me to take home. Highly recommend you will not be unsatisfied.

This salon is great! I’ve been going here since they first opened to get my hair cut and colored. All of the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I’m really excited that Lora is back! She does a great job with cutting, styling, and color! I would suggest anyone looking for a salon to go here! They will not disappoint!

Some of the hair stylists are great, but there are two in particular (an older woman and older man) that give awful kids haircuts. They don’t know how to use clippers properly, and trimmed my boys’ hair too short. When I asked them to fix the areas they missed with the clippers, they fussed about it, and then did a terrible job. My daughter just wanted a trim of her long hair, and the gal took off 2 inches! This hasn’t been our first experience with Sam’s, but it will be our last.

The manager is a horrible lady. She will ruin your hair. I have no idea how she got that job. Just read all the bad reviews about the Asian lady. That’s her. She has messed up my hair and both of my sons. There was a deaf lady that worked there that is an amazing stylist and she just fired her because she was trying to better herself. The owner need to open their eyes and see what happening there and replace her.
