Lourdes took me for a walk in which i was grateful for, before coming i had my hair bleached a few times (but still very healthy!) with a semi permanent green from months ago over faded a lot, and maybe an inch of dark roots grown out. I explained this to her just about how I’ve explained it here and told her i was hoping to go red, she told me this was not possible(several people since have told me it absolutely was), said i had too many colors (natural roots and bleached blonde under super faded green? Just one color honestly, made it clear I didn’t want her to lighten the roots or change them at all) and she had something rude to say about the cut and even my shirt as well. She told me the easiest thing for her to do would be an all over black, and at that point i felt too embarrassed and frazzled over the whole thing to say no. That’s my fault, I should have just left at this point. She went to mix the color (black 🙁 ) and loudly commented to a coworker that she didn’t want to do this. When she came back she did apply the color quickly and left to do someone else’s cut while it processed. That was all fine. She was very rough in the shampoo bowl and drying me, more than anyone has before, and i paid and left. I mentioned all of this to a friend who recognized the name and told me the same thing happened to them, as well as a wonky job cutting bangs. In my experience skill was not an issue, i would like the how the color turned out if it were something i wanted or even been more politely talked into, but she was incredibly rude and unprofessional, communication was clearly an issue the whole time. I don’t expect any refund or compensation as getting the service done was my own unfortunate decision, i just want to warn anyone curious about coming in. I hope she was just having a bad day.

A warning for guys,,beware,,,,got a really bad lopsided cut from a very nice lady Adriana. Tried to get it fixed but so much was cut off left side it couldn’t be leveled out,,had to 1/2 in cut the whole thing to come back out even.
