The positive: I came in for a partial highlight, haircut and a toner everything came out great with Renee! Renee listens to whatever you need and takes her time. I appreciate you Renee! The negative: my experience was great except Misty brings a very negative tension to the whole hair salon and toxic/passive aggressive attitude to the salon.

Got a quote in writing from this place of 240.00 for full highlights, extra bowls of color and a haircut. They called back a few days later and said they under quoted me by 310.00. So they think 550.00 is the right price for simple bleach highlights. Don’t waste your time with this place. And bonus the front desk person that called was unprofessionally rude about it. Taking my business elsewhere for the family.

I told Virginia that I wasn’t committed to my mess of a hair of head and I wanted color. She came through with the goodness that is my hair now. The color, the cut…all of it was on point and very much loved after I left. Upkeep is doable and the color is just I will for sure return for my future appointments as well.

I came in with temporary dye purple hair and asked for brown color with highlights and lowlights and I like contrast in my hair. After trying to charge me $400, I was able to talk the price down to $300, which is still pretty high for what I was asking. I was there for 6 hours and repeatedly said I had somewhere to be after 6 hours. The process took the entire 6 hours and I left with wet hair. Again, this is not my first time getting this treatment and it doesn’t take longer than 4-5 hours start to finish (finish meaning dried and styled). At the end, my hair did NOT look like the picture, did NOT have contrast, and after a single wash (with cold water and color protecting shampoo/conditioner) my hair is a full shade lighter. Completely unrealistic pricing, poor quality of work, and poor quality permanent hair dye. Will not be coming back.
