Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy daughter has long, thick, curly hair and I was so impressed with the way her hair cut was done by Tara, I couldn’t help but make my own appt. she did awesome on my color and highlights. Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismNo price board, charged me $20 extra to dry and wash my hair (other FS don’t charge for shampoo), she used the same scissors that still had the previous clients hair on them. Very rude when confronted that they are way more expensive than other locations I’ve been to WITH a price board. No price board, charged me $20 extra to dry and wash my hair (other FS don’t charge for shampoo), she used the same scissors that still had the previous clients hair on them. Very rude when confronted that they are way more expensive than other locations I’ve been to WITH a price board. Would not recommend until they get a price board with clear pricing listed.

Pricing was based on the belief at the time she was a boy (she is very tomboy, including her short boy style haircut). Once they knew she was a girl, via conversation, they raised the price to $25. Pricing was based on the belief at the time she was a boy (she is very tomboy, including her short boy style haircut). Once they knew she was a girl, via conversation, they raised the price to $25.
