These guys and girls are fantastic, no pun intended. I’ve bounced between two Stylists, Carl and Carol. Every stylist here has years of experience. I’ve never gotten a bad cut here. I watch them wash, color, and style women’s hair flawlessly too. I won’t go back to that other place even again and flip a coin on a good cut or not (GC).

This was the worst experience I ever had with a haircut. I usually go to the one in Springtown, but we moved and this one was closer. I originally came in for a haircut and eyebrow wax, but there was no way I was going to let her do that. She was so rough. She kept hitting me with the comb. I felt like when I was a child and my mother was mad when she was fixing my hair. She was trying to rush because there was someone there who had an appt and I was a walk-in. She should’ve told me she didn’t have time. Also she wanted to use a round brush that was full of hair on me. I wouldn’t like that before COVID, but especially now. It made me wonder how sanitary the comb and plastic brush was. Also she asked me how it looked and I saw it was uneven and she said oh I see now when you pull it down like that. She did not check the front to see if it was even before I did. I will never go there again. I would like to know who to contact for a refund because I told the store manager and he did not do anything about it.
