Took my wife for a cut and color. They were fantastic (pun intended) my wife uses a wheelchair and they accommodated her (moving chairs and such) with no problems. I want to publicly thank them for everything. Oh and she loves (so do I by the by) how her hair looks! Thanks again FS!

I’ve been taking my granddaughter to this place for 2 years now. She only wants Collin to do her hair. Collin does a wonderful job and is always so kind and patient. She listens and cuts/highlights how my granddaughter wants. Never been disappointed.

I stepped into this place with no idea how it was going to go because well I hadn’t had my hair cut in 2 years and I had never had my hair done at Fantastic Sams before, but Y’ALL Kolyn Haynes did an Absolutely amazing job. 3 inches cut off and medium layers just as I asked. She held a conversation, kept a smile on her face, joked around with me and made me feel as if I were a customer she had known forever. Needless to say I will be having my kids hair done here also. YES, THEY DO KIDS HAIR TOO, HOW FREAKING AWESOME IS THAT!!! Anyways I have now found my forever hair salon to go to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

I went to this Fantastic Sams hoping to get a good haircut I had a picture on my phone and the style I wanted to look like well it looked nothing like the picture I showed her and I’ve been with fantastic Sams for 30 years all over different countries and this one was the worst and they charge way to much for what they do to you.

Critical: ProfessionalismMy wife setup an appointment 2 days ahead. When we got there the staff said she also has another client coming in at the same time my wife was scheduled. She apologized but this is something unacceptable. I’d give negative 5 stars. We walked out calmly but she did not say a word, not even offered a way to make up for what happened.
