I went here at 3:30 and got out at 7:15 they did not tone the hair after dyeing it blonde and you can see a line of where the bleach starts I asked for balayage balayage and they basically just died my hair halfway down hopefully they will give me some of my money back so I can afford to go get it fixed at d3 salon I would highly recommend them they are around the same prices and they do it correctly so it’s worth the few days work so hopefully they will give me the money so I can go get color correction done because I don’t want them to touch my hair

Called and asked for a 130 appointment for a hair cut and color. Got there at 120 lady at the counter took my name and said they would be with me shortly. Then she went back to working on another client. About an hour later another lady came in I said I had been waiting since 120 for my 130 appointment she checked with the 2 stylists working and I was told it would be another 20 minutes before they could start my haircut. I just wish they would have been upfront if they don’t take appointments when I called on the phone. This is the first and last time I will try a Fantastic Sams salon they may offer a good price but there communication skills with their customers is very lacking

Worst ever haircut had for my daughter. We asked for layer cut, but they did cut equally and no layers. Hair dresser is MIA. She is learning on customer’s hair. She took hour and half for the hair cut. They threatened us to call the cops if we do not pay what they charged.

Great service today. The wait was a bit long but the stylist check in often to let us know when we would be next. Even though they were busy I felt she took her time and gave me the attention I needed. Love my cut, love this shop!

Love the price, my stylist was great but her co-worker had her small 6 years daughter there. She ran around the salon & constantly interrupted conversations with customers. She also had a book that had very loud annoying sounds in the salon washing area for everyone to hear

I have always been in and out and they give me a nice cut for a very reasonable price. I get better results here than from higher end salons. They have great stylists.

Five hundred questions about how I want it blah blah blah, then an hour to get a cut that I have to go home and restyle.Went in Monday, because I couldn’t put it off any longer, I was served promptly when Mia came and got me, sat me down, asked what I wanted….boring business guy cut please….washed my hair, cut it efficiently with no further questions and it looks great!!It was a scissor cut because that’s all that works on me and she did a great job.I HATE getting my hair cut. I have been to many fancy salons and I have paid from 45 to 100 dollars for a haircut, and no one have surpassed the haircut that I had at this salon for a little bit of money. Christina is awesome, and the salon is pretty clean and friendly. For now on I will only go here for me and my kids haircuts. Very, very happy customer here.

I get my hair done by Mia every couple months when I need my hair color touched up or trimmed. She always gets the color how I want and my hair always looks good. 🙂 I highly recommend her for hair color and cuts.
