Fast and easy hair cut without an appointment. The stylist was nice and helpful. She made sure she cut my hair the way I wanted it. It is only 16 dollars plus tip for the haircut and shampoo which is pretty cheap now a days. I was pleasantly surprised since I usually don’t get my hair cut from fantastic Sam’s. I guess you could say that this one was actually fantastic.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI would like to say firstly the ladies that work there are so nice but the lady Karla cutting my hair had no idea what she was doing it was suppose to be a simple trim cutting two inches off with layers…. it turned into me knowing everything about her family drama, a bad cut with a rats tail (a long layer that looked weird under the poorly executed layers) and a cockroach just chilling under the mirror. I had a conversation with management about it, management didn’t do anything about it. So I had to get my hair fixed at a different salon. Went in this evening to get a simple haircut. They had 2 ladies working and 1 guy waiting. Pretty manageable it seemed. However bothbladies seemed frustrated that people kept coming in, reminding them that there is a wait (obvious by people sitting in there) but I get it it’s Sunday at 430.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in on Monday October 19 to get my hair colored to a light brown i showed pictures to Karla and she said we would need to bleach my hair which i was already prepared for but instead she did a color corrector and dyed my hair which turned my hair red tinted as well as my roots looking way lighter than anything she told me I could schedule another appointment and I would not be charged for the services. I was supposed to go in today to get my hair redone and 30 mins before my appt she texted me informing me that her manager said I would have to pay for the full service but I can recieve a 10% discount. I should not have to pay for them to fix my hair when it did not come out how it was supposed to I spent nearly 4 hours there on monday for my hair to look practically the same as when i went in. I am definitely not returning to this salon due to them not knowing what they are doing. Do not offer to fix someones hair for free and then text them stating they would need to pay in full. I live 30 mins away so the fact that I was almost there is what also upset me because then I had to turn around and go back home not only did they waste my time but they wasted my money.
