Supposedly this place is under staffed according to them. But I walked in yesterday afternoon at around 1pm for a haircut for my son… there was TWO employees not doing anything. Standing out back , NO CUSTOMERS were anywhere in sight or even in the building , BUT THEY couldn’t do a haircut til after 4pm ?!? Why?!? Doesn’t make any sense. Sounds like to me that they DIDN’T want to work. Won’t be going back there again . Ugh.

Be sure to call ahead to make a reservation. It seems all necessary precautions to prevent Coved spread are being utilized. I was happy with my haircut. I was able to walk in at the time of my reservation and receive immediate service.

Absolutely horrible, do not go here! I had to keep telling the stylist what I wanted repeatedly, and it came out so bad. She curled my hair under so I couldn’t see how choppy and uneven it was until I straightened it. My husband was so mad because I spent a long time growing out my hair to get the style I wanted. I went back for a refund and was told “uh I can’t do that you’ll have to talk to my manager” I still had to ask when the manager would be in. When I went to a different salon they were shocked at how bad it was and I had to have it cut shorter to fix it. Unique Image did a wonderful job.

I used to really enjoy coming here, but I believe they recently increased their rates to where I’m paying almost 15 dollars for a haircut. That would be fine, except the last two times I visited I’ve noticed a tremendous decrease in their quality. Unfortunately, I would no longer recommend this location to a potential customer.
