Took my teenager in for a haircut- our stylist was really nice, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I’ve been to a few other Fantastic Sams in the Midwest and the Jacksonville location just doesn’t compare. It badly needs an update, especially to the waiting area and register area.

I went late in the afternoon and they do not make appointments I was sitting in the chair very quickly and they were doing my hair. I was very pleased at the cut and style that she gave me. And as I stood up the light caught my head and she set me back down in the chair and trimmed they added spots. I like the extra care she gave me I will go back again.
