This place is the bomb, The people that work here at the 47th & Broadway location are expedient, friendly and very professional. I want to commend Shannon and the other hair stylist for doing a great wash & cut on my wife’s hair, then on my really messed up hair. I used or tried to use one of the micro touch grooming tools I saw on TV, then really believed “If you comb it you can cut it” …not!!

Stylists remember your style with the help of computers, but it’s always nice to be called by name. I’m an elderly gentleman who has always used a basic barber. But they seem to have gone to the wayside. My wife went here, so gave it a try, not bad. Go back on regular basis now.

I’ve been very happy until the last two times I’ve visited… I called ahead of time both times to see if I needed to schedule an appointment, both times I was told to come on in it would be 15 minute wait tops. I was told 15 minute wait three times. Waited over an hour and ended up just leaving both times. I don’t trust anybody to cut my hair so it’s kind of frustrating when you finally find somebody that knows what they’re doing, but have to wait over an hour for a “15 minute wait”
