If I could rate 0 stars I would… I will Never return to this shop. I went in wanting a cut and color with multiple pictures of each, let me start by saying if you cannot achieve a color and are not comfortable doing it DO NOT ATTEMPT. My hair was absolutely ruined and NOT AT ALL close to the pictures. First and foremost, as soon and she died my hair and toned it it came out green and she dried it and asked if I was okay with the color???? I did not ask for green hair and immediately said no so she comes back and puts new color in my hair and after rinsing drying and cutting it, it is a DARK brown almost a black brown??! Pictures below for reference of what we started with, the green hair, what I asked for and the result???? My stylist was Brit by the way. And on top of all that I she gave me a “ $5” discount and I had to pay for something I didn’t ask for. As all of this was happening another young lady was with a different stylist and also unhappy and did not get what she asked for, save your time and do not go here.
